Interstate Drywall was awarded the 110,000 SF fit-out of the new Life Science Laboratory in Long Island City, Queens. The property was specifically designed to support biotech, laboratory, educational, and research uses alongside traditional office tenants. Interstate Drywall is working for the Nan Fung Group and Hunter Roberts to accommodate modern tenant demands and flexible research environments by providing the following scope: interior drywall, acoustical and specialty ceilings, doors frames and hardware and rough carpentry. The project is estimated to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
