Jersey City Medical Center unveiled its new state-of-the-art Emergency Department in July of 2022. Interstate Drywall Corp. worked with Blanchard to help complete the 60,000 square feet expansion. Interstate Drywall's scope consisted of, but was not limited to temporary requirement work, exterior cold form framing, sheathing and design, rough carpentry, interior and exterior expansion joints, building insulation, doors, frames and hardware, drywall partitions, ceilings and soffits, acoustical ceilings, wall protection, fire sealing and caulking, and other specialty items. IDC is proud to be a part of the new expansion, which gets about 80,000 visits annually.
