DC37 is the owner of 125 Barclay Street, a ten story, approximately 264,700 square foot building in Tribecca. Interstate Drywall Corp. worked alongside Hunter Roberts and District Council 37 with the new renovation to revitalize and modernize this building to create a more efficient, environmental and economical space. Interstate provided temporary protection, core and shell and interior fit out work on the building, which will be opening in 2024.
