Interstate Drywall Corp. was awarded the drywall and carpentry package at 489 State Street, New York's First Passive House Schools and are part of the first phase of construction of The Alloy Block. This project includes two new schools, a new elementary school and a new home for the Khalil Gibran International Academy, scheduled to open at the end of 2024. Interstate Drywall will be providing the following services: Rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, steel, wood and access doors, finish hardware, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical and specialty ceilings and toilet and bathroom accessories.
