Completed in 2018, the building has an innovative white-steel latticed exterior with more than 40,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space for residents. This building is positioned in a great located in the city center near celebrated restaurants, shopping museums, entertainments and multiple subway lines. ARO has earned several awards for the unique building and design, such as the 2015 SARA National Design Award, the 2015 Architecture Podium and the International Architecture Award.
