The new 47- story office building at 425 Park Avenue in New York City is now open. After construction started in 2016, Citadel, a global investment firm, signed a lease and at the time, was the most expensive lease in the city's history. Interstate Drywall Corp. performed drywall and carpentry work to fit-out Citadel's new office space across the 12th, 14th, 15th & 46th floors. Structure Tone was the GC on the project.
