The 740,000 square-foot, 20-story building is home to more than 3,000 employees. In under 18 months, the interior fit-out was complete, utilizing over 65 tradesmen. IDC installed 350,000 square-feet of high-end acoustical ceilings and long spans of axiom trim. The 19th floor sound barrier ceiling consisted of acoustical grid and tile, suspending from 2-layer sheetrock ceiling. Additionally, Acoustigreen wood panel ceilings and Newmat fabric ceilings were installed.
