Panasonic Headquarters is a 340,000-square-foot, 12-story Class A office tower. This building was the first newly built office tower in the city of Newark to receive both LEED Platinum and Gold certifications. IDC performed the core & shell construction of Panasonic Headquarters, and delivered a successful product while meeting the client's schedule. This development is considered one of New Jersey’s premier quality constructed office buildings and plays a significant role in the downtown renaissance of Newark, NJ.
