Gucci recently took more than 80,000 square-feet at 195 Broadway to build-out a new space and showroom in the Financial District. The new office space spans between two floors with open workstations, private offices and conference rooms with floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The space features high-end blackened steel interconnecting stairs, genuine Irish goat hair rugs, and original terracotta ceilings and white marble from 1923.
