700 Jackson Street is a new apartment development in Hoboken, NJ with 14 stories and 424 units. This 684,000 square-foot, mixed-use multifamily development will have ground level retail space, an outdoor pool and fitness center. In additional to the new residential complex, the project also includes 605 Jackson Street, which will have a gymnasium and public outdoor spaces.
During the superstorm Sandy, this area was impacted by floodwaters. The design of 700 Jackson development will have a flood barrier system to minimize damages during extreme weather conditions, in which IDC will install.
