The lobby is approximately 8,000 square feet and was selected as the 2018 Best of the Year Winner for Commercial Lobbies, designed by Studio Architecture. The panels and fins in the lobby are mirror-polished aluminum with ceramic coatings, creating a unique and timeless appearance. In addition to the lobby, Interstate Drywall Corp. also provided drywall and rough carpentry services for the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York on the 7th Floor - Atlantic City Conference Room.
