Interstate Drywall Corp. was awarded the drywall and carpentry package for the lobby renovation at 450 Lexington Avenue, a premier, Class A office building in the Grand Central Submarket, located between 44th and 45th Streets in Midtown Manhattan. The project included lobby ceiling probes and column probes throughout the lobby area. Interstate completed the project for Suffolk Construction, the general contractor, and RXR Construction, the owner.
