Located at the iconic Woodbury Common Outlet Mall, the addition of Market Hall accommodates seating for more than 900 customers. Tenants include Chipotle Mexican Grill, Kung Pao Wok, Pret A Manger, Umi Teriyaki, Cinnabon, South Philly Steaks & Fries, Tony + Benny’s and McDonald’s.
At the 51,000 square-foot Food Court, IDC completed the exterior framing, sheathing and vapor barrier, as well as, the installation of 20,000 square-feet of metal pan ceiling at 40' high. Detailed soffits surround the ceilings throughout the food court. Additionally, IDC provided the millwork package that included over 3,000 liner feet of detailed wood trim and large wood arches throughout the main corridors.
