Located in Mercer County in Plainsboro, New Jersey, the 770,000 square-foot, world-class building is the result of a $225 million redevelopment project, receiving the award for winner of NAIOP’s “Creative Office” Deal of the Year Award in 2012. The renovation utilized an existing structure and sustainable materials to limit environmental impact, while also creating over 500 union construction jobs.
