The ten story, 1,200,000 square-foot Retail Podium Core and Shell consists of large structural steel framing, concrete on metal decking, masonry, metal framing, metal and glass exterior enclosure and all the interior mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler infrastructure. The steel mechanical over build on top of the building houses the cogeneration facility. The podium connects to two office towers, 10 Hudson Yards (Tower C) and 30 Hudson Yards (Tower A).
