The Morgan at Provost Square is a mixed-use apartment development consisting of a retail podium, amenities, a pub sports club and an exterior roof terrace with a pool. Over 650,000 square-feet, the 38-story development was completed in 2015 and has a total of 417 units.
The renovations for the project consisted of:
- Over 200,000 square feet of Drywall Ceilings, Soffits & Fascia’s, and Rated Enclosures
- Architectural Pergola at Pool Side 8th Floor Roof
- Custom Armstrong Woodworks Grille ceiling system in the clubroom lounge and Fabric Wrapped Ceiling Panels Concealed Hanger Clip System in the Lobby
- 19,000 linear feet of Cold Rolled Heavy Gauge Exterior Metal Framing & Sheathing
- Temporary Construction for OSHA Protection at interior vertical shafts
- 20,000 linear feet of interior rated and non-rated partitions, headers, shafts, and chases
