Building 4 is a three-story, mixed-use building totaling 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 58,372 square feet of Class A medical space in Montvale that will include a Valley Hospital Surgery Center. The sprawling North Market mixed-use project by the S.Hekemian Group, will create a modern surgical center that allows the provider to continue expanding in Bergen County. In addition to the Valley Hospital, Interstate Drywall Corp. is also working on the tenant fit-out for the ground floor tenants, Pottery Barn and William Sonoma, providing carpentry work, including metal frame stud walls, drywall and exterior sheathing.
