Michael Chanfrau is the Director of Operations. Michael assumed this role in 2012. He is responsible for the execution of policies and procedures that impact the business unit. Michael works closely with his project management and purchasing departments to provide a high level of service to every client.
Michael Chanfrau has extensive experience in project management and estimating. He began his construction career with Interstate Drywall Corp. in the 1990’s where he worked as an estimator and project manager. Since that time he has primarily worked in the construction of healthcare facilities for a construction management/general contracting firm. Some of the major projects include: Hackensack University Medical Center – Gabrellian Womens & Children’s Pavilion as well as the John Theurer Cancer Center and Morristown Medical Center – Gagnon Heart Hospital. Michael also spent several years working on data facilities in various cities throughout the United States.
Michael has his undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University as well as a M.S. in Construction Administration from Columbia University.
