Located adjacent to Madison Square Park, One Madison Avenue rises from a revitalized mid-century masonry podium to stand alongside the existing building's famed clock tower. Completed in 2024, this 26 Stories, 1.4 million sq. ft. tower offers exceptional views of Madison Square Park while referencing the aesthetic of the surrounding architecture. Interstate Drywall Corp. worked with the General Contractor, Tishman Construction on the carpentry and drywall work on One Madison.
