This multi-specialty medical practice is located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The new 48,000 square-foot facility includes administrative areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, bathrooms, mechanical rooms, waiting areas, lounges, IT rooms, x-ray rooms, and consultation suites. The conversion required a new certificate of occupancy for medical use, a water-tight exterior envelope, structural remediation of the façade and parapets, and new utility services.
