Interstate Drywall Corp. is working on the new retail to office conversion project for Wells Fargo at 20 Hudson Yards. The project involves the replacement of 20 Hudson Yards’ façade and the repurposing of the top three stories of the former Nieman Marcus department store into 445,000 square feet of office space for Wells Fargo. The new space will accommodate 2,300 employees after the renovation is complete. Interstate is providing rough carpentry, framing, drywall, installation, taping, custom ceilings, doors frames and hardware and temporary protection work for the new office space.
