Gerson Lehrman Group, the world’s largest membership-based network for professional learning and expertise, leased 64,361 square-feet on the entire third floor and part of the fourth floor at W&H Properties’ One Grand Central Place. The new global headquarters was designed by Clive Wilkinson Architects, combining the two floors with a dramatic atrium. A portion of the ceiling was removed above the fourth floor and a large museum quality skylight was installed.
